As with any local convenience store, they are a bit more expensive than the big supermarkets, but you will find virtually everything you need locally. Most large Supermarkets offer a delivery service, including Ocado, Tesco and Sainsbury\u2019s.<\/p><\/div> <\/div>

St Mawes Fish Shop<\/h5>

Located on the quay at St Mawes. Fresh fish is caught by a local boat. If the cabin is not open, you can all Angie Green on 07792 220821 and she will certainly be able to help you.<\/p>

Curgurrel Farm<\/h5>

A little shop which is signposted just off the main road by Trewithian at Rosevine. They will supply you with local crabs, lobsters and scallops plus locally caught fish. 01872 580243.<\/p><\/div>

Stall in St Just is just local legend! Although it does not tend to be stocked in high season, at other times, expect to see wonderful varieties of cauliflower, local swede, kale, sprouting broccoli and much more. There is an honesty box so please don\u2019t abuse their trust!<\/p><\/div>

The Post Office in St Mawes and Ralph\u2019s in Portscatho sell newspapers.<\/p>

As above, has a superb selection of locally grown vegetables<\/p>

Town Shopping<\/h2>

Truro is the nearest and has the best shopping in Cornwall. It really is a beautiful city, worth a few hours to explore, but if it is a rainy day, make sure that you get there early.<\/p>

The farmers market is in Truro every Wednesday and Saturday mornings.<\/p><\/div> <\/div>
